Lapel Flag Pin

One of the major reasons I oppose Obama is his comments regarding the USA Flag lapel pin and his obvious lack of knowledge of the true meaning of our nations flag. Anyone that would say, in effect, he would not wear our nations flag because, in essence, it would be like a political tool; is either ignorant of our flag and its history or just plain stupid. Apparently he has no idea what this flag represents or how it is entwined within our National History. For example: It was old glory that was seen in the Rockets red Glare, the bombs bursting in air, that gave proof through the night that our flag was still their... It was on Mount Suraibachi, that our soldiers were willing to risk their live just to be a part of its unfurling. When it's placed on the coffin of one who was willing to die for our country, it is a symbolism representing our countries appreciation for his/her service, sacrifice and love of country. It is not just a RAG or some political tool. Our Flag is in fact, a great part of this nations humanity, as well as ceremonially. It is a symbol unlike any other in our nations short but glorified history. We have shared our wealth throughout the world. When a nation needs help, we are first in line to provide them with substance or defend them from those that would take advantage of their plight. Yes our banner, our flag, is known throughout the world as a symbol of hope trust and humanity. Mr. Obama, before you become or even try to become president of this great nation, you must first come to know it. You claim that you, your party, wants to restore our nations good name, throughout the world. If that is true, I suggest you study the history of this country and stop bad-mouthing it. From your speeches, I get the impression that you think what happens in Washington is reflective of what this nation is all about. You have a lot to learn. Recently, your wife commented to the effect (at age 45) that she only now has any respect for this nation and that, several years back in a college thesis she spoke of this country as an Oppressor Nation. I resent those comments. If you want to talk about oppression, you must first go back to the Nations of Africa, north and south who, for thousands of years, enslaved or sold into slavery their own people. The United States of America did not even become a Nation until 1776 and in its short history, as a nation, paid the highest price to rid our nation of Slavery. NO OTHER NATION ON THE FACE OF THIS PLANET CAN MAKE THIS CLAIM! The Price of Gas

Several days ago, my wife and I went to a Restaurant and while there, the Waitress, from out of no ware, asked us if we new that at the time he became President, that gas was selling for 20 dollars a barrel and today it is now coasting us 100 dollars a barrel. I asked her what she was trying to say and she responded to the effect that, before he became president, he was an Oil man and by implication, she assumed, therefore, that Bush was "in" with big oil and that's why the price of oil, today, is so high. After I set her straight, we got pretty good service. Folks, today we are dealing with two generations of our nations children being educated (indoctrinated) by a unionized school system, wherein half of the students during this period were "drop outs" or Political Correct, Graduated. In our Colleges, the Socialists are now running a muck, teaching them socialistic doctrine. For example, Ward Churchill (who still believes he is Tonto) has been one of the Chief Indoctrinators, before finally being dismissed. Is it any wonder, that two generations of our nations youth are unable to reason, let alone rationalize, the realities of life. Next thing will be hearing from some of them is that since Bush owns a Home he is responsible for the "slump" in the housing market. The fact is that it is the aforementioned class of citizens who are, next to OPEC, responsible for the High Price of Gas. It is out of this class of citizens that we have allowed them to, in essence hold this nation hostage to their cause. They are called the Greens. And guess what, this name is highly appropriate for they are still Green behind the years. It is not strange, that in a Global Economy, our nation, the most high tech nation in the world, is prohibited from using our national resources, in particular Oil, to Protect the Planet while, Third World countries and less technically advantage, are drilling all over the planet, without restraint. These are the same groups that Drive their cars, to school, if only two blocks away, have drag races all over the country, drive like a "Bat out of hell" in the city as well as on our major highways, drive while stoned (intoxicated), high on drugs and on and on. But, the genteel of our citizens have to suffer under their rules/causes, while they are, in fact, the purveyors of filth in every way and manner. Today, we have before us , a man who talks a good talk but has yet to show us a resume that indicates he has the knowledge, the expertise, the ability to lead. This is man so enchanted with his own voice, that he thinks he can go head to head with World leaders and talk them into "Playing Nice." He has no experience, or even minimal training, if any, that would qualify him to become Commander In Chief of the most "qualified" army in the world. But what can we expect, he is a Democrat! This is the same political party that gave us Jimmy Carter that, under his Presidency, we had 54 member of our embassy taken prisoner, that the Oil prices started the upward costs for a barrel of oil, that gave us President Lyndon B. Johnston, got us further into war based on the the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which was a Lie. This lie allowed him to increase our military in Vietnam to 250,000, that lasted for 8 years, with a cost of lives amounting to 58,000 of our military men and being killed and 103,000 wounded. And lets not forget that this is the Political Party that saw fit to make a "Draft Dodger," our nations Commander In Chief. "Nuff "said! Now they want to give us a president with no active or identifiable leadership qualifications except that he talks good, to become our nations Commander In Chief. GOOD THINKING! Utopian Polirtics.

In the study of geopolitics, it is said that, you tell them what they want to hear and promise them everything they want and they will follow you anywhere. Both, Obama and Hillary are , doing just that. It now appears that although they are both good at it, Obama. has proven his mastership, in this respect. over Hillary. However, Hillary only recently come to appreciate this fact. This is evident by her recent pronouncements relative to Obama's Celestial qualities/powers when speaking. If you watch Obama's audience, you would think they were bearing witness to the second coming of the Messiah. Their eyes are glazed over, they are frozen to his every word. They are finally hearing that they do not have to die to go Heaven, that he will grant them everything their little hearts desire, if only they elect him to the High Office of PRESIDENT of the greatest Nation on Earth. Yes, he will bring them change, and what is that change, it is a change from gutter politics to Utopian Politics. And who would not want everything he promises. His message of HOPE is: Hand Out Practically Everything. And how can he do this? By Robbing the RICH! And hearing this, his crowds of "Near Do Wells" will grovel at his feet. Folks, it sounds like the Genie is, once again, out of the Bottle, Just make your wishes known and he will grant them. Yes, he has captured the BODY AND SOUL OF THE YOUTH OF AMERICA. We have now gone from the New Deal to NO BIG DEAL--ask and you shall receive! Finally the Democrats have gone from Socialism, to Liberalism, to Progressism to Fairyland. It is no longer STARS AND STRIPS FOREVER, it is WHEN YOU WISH UPON A STAR. We are now following the path of the "Yellow Brick Road" Who will lead us down this road? The Blame game

To me, it seems that every since his election, President Bush suddenly became a "God Like" Person. He gets blamed for everything! To my knowledge, he is the first President that has been, by the Secularists, anointed with Godly Powers. Ah yes, He knows all, Sees all, hears all. Therefore, he is also blamed for all the wrong that happens. For example: To this day, he is blamed for all that went wrong in the Katrina situation. Never mind that he was thousands of miles from this happening while the Governor of Louisiana and the Mayor of New Orleans, acted like chickens with their heads cut off. Still, the blame for this badly mishandled situation, was the President of United States and not the local government. And the Democrats, jumped on the band wagon for a free ride into the history of total ignorance. Also, to this day, several years from the happening of this tragedy, despite billions of dollars in government aid, little progress, relative speaking, has been made. Now lets look, in historical prospective, at how a similar situation was handled: As published, in the American Heritage magazine and now, herein in part, as follows; In the Galveston Hurricane, 1900, estimated dead 8,000...Around 6:39 P.M., Sept. 8, a storm wave submerged the City...Whose highest elevation was 8 feet above sea level - to a depth of l5 feet...At 10:00 the next morning headed toward Oklahoma....No building had escaped unscathed, one-third of the city was destroyed. Who freed the Slaves

In a recent news item it was stated that Lydon B. Johnson and Martin L. King got full credit for this notable act. Seems to me that Good old Abe Lincoln had something to about this long before either LBJ or MLK were even born. Seems the Democrats want to claim responsibility for Freeing the Slaves, but don't want to give credit where credit is due. This reminds of a time in our nations history, when we were plagued with "Claim Jumpers." Just goes to show you, the Democrats, will take claim to anything that happens in this nation that is good but they in fact are the purveyors of all that has gone wrong in our countries. relatively speaking, recent history! It is the Democratic Party that has been leading this nation down the garden path to total destruction of this once great nation. Yes, the Democratic Party of today is composed of the follow party members: Unionists, Communists, Socialists, Secularists, Modernist (Pop Culture) and of course the ACLU. What was once great and proud citizenship is now composed of all too many shrimps, whimps, and political motivated pimps. They want all the benefits of a free society, but won't get off their jackass and go to work. They want to have a say in the running this country but all they can do is run it down! The want free speech, not to use to the good of this nation, but just because its free. Yes we are now being challenged by a group of Pot Smoking, self indulgent do nothings, that are the "Cry Babies of the world." The live in the Greatest Country in the World and what do these dumb bunnies want-CHANGE! What they need to do is change their diapers and get a life. My Blog will, when possible, address these matters, regarding our country with, when possible, historical facts on how it is that we came to be the Greatest Nation on the Face of this planet. Today, our citizens are being called Raciest and why is this. Because one race feels that the other race is responsible for all their ills.
