Abusing our Constitionall Rights

The only thing our nations constitution has to say about our personal welfare is a generalized statement as follows: "...Promote the General Welfare..." nothing in this clause require the promoting of Welfare and it does not indicate that it is to be construed to mean afford to anyone anything. No where re in the Constitution is entitlements even mentioned. The word General is a universal term which can mean anything but nothing specific. General speaking, I intend to do such and such (nothing specific). Or Generally speaking I would like to discuss several things... Longer school hours - same old junk

Longer school hours would be a step backward. What is needed is a school curriculum that teaches the proper courses as opposed to spending time on social matters. Unless our schools go back to the basics, longer school hours will have little or no effect.Our schools were once rated as the top educational system in the world. Than we allowed them to be unionized and they quickly disintegrated into the lowest in world school ratings. Learning is more than attending a public school for longer hours, if school, in fact, teaches little relative to a good education, i.e., Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. Along with these classes, our children, all our children must be thought the Nations History.It has been said that not knowing ones history is to forever remain a child. Without a strong foundation in American History; Today our children are subject to hearing lies and distortions of it, without a basis in fact,to refute what is being thought. How can we expect our children to love and respect our nation if the no nothingabout it. Make no mistake, our children are being, in all to many cases, indoctrinated as opposed to educated. Don't you, like me, find it strange that we are more concerned with paying for abortions and illegals, in the proposed Democrat Mediscare proposals. WE now have the Democratic Party, in full control of our government, and what are they trying to do, when it comes to our seniors citizens getting proper health car; and/or even freedom to choose who their doctors will be. What is happening to our country, our congress, our supreme court and yes our President? Back Racism in AmericA--the blame game.

Several years ago on a Radio Talk show, a black man made this statement: "I DON'T WAKE UP IN THE MORNING LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SEE VICTIM WRITTEN ACROSS MY FOREHEAD." THIS MAN IS A REAL MAN--HE BLAMES NO ONE FOR HIS ACTIONS BUT HIMSELF. My question to him would be--what compels you to make such a declaration? However, I already know the answer. HE IS A SELF RELIANT HARD WORKING MAN, THAT DOES NOT BUY INTO THIS CRAP THAT PEOPLE OF ANY RACE, IS HOLDING HIM BACK. HE WILL ALWAYS BE A GOOD MAN AND A CREDIT TO THIS NATION. During many many life years, I have met many blacks, that feel the same way. They love this country and realize that if you are willing to work, willing to advance your status in life, on your own imitative; this is the best country to live in-- bar none. Trickle down warfare

The last time this nation got into a war and than became unwilling to support the war or the troops was the Vietnam War. To start with, this was a war we got into wherein we were not, as a nation, directly attacked by such country. Iraq was not the first time this happened--nor was George W. Bush the the first one to do so. Our nation, for the most part has always gone to War, not for our national preservation or even for our countries intent to conquer another nation. We have been in most of our wars sent to help a country or countries that were under attack by a nation(s), willing to overthrow such country or conquer it/them for territorial gain . As such we were, in most cases, there to defend and protect the rights of other people and their nation as well. No other nation on this planet, has done as much. Im our wars, like with Iraq, we entered that war not for the self-defense of this nation but, for the most part, to help the people of that country, that were being tortured, raped and killed by their leader(s)--Saddam Hussein. In this respect it has been determined that their were over 300,000 that were massacred under his reign. President Clinton, for the vary same reasons, went to war in Kosovo/Serbia, supposedly because l7,000 were killed or were killed by their government. Not a peep out of our nations do-gooders, about this war. However, when it comes to GWB, he was being persecuted beyond all sense of reasoning, for doing the same thing as Clinton, but protecting a major and larger population. Also this nonsense that there was no Weapons of Mass Distruction found in Iraq. By whose standards? To a fireman, a match, can be a weapon of mass destruction, to a person, in an Air Raid, being bombed, a plane is a weapon of mass destruction. Maybe, there were not Atomic Bombs to be found, but we did find many of his Airplanes buried in the Desert. Tell me these were not weapons of mass destruction. Today while our man are in harms way, failing to give them the protection and support they need could, because of a lack of leadership cause mass distruct of our men in battle. In short, Obama, by failing to act in a timely manner, he could be considered a primary cause of our troops being massively harmed or killed. President Obama is on the verge of doing so! Roosevelt endorsed the Unions and the unions have been in the pockets of the Democratic Party ever since. Also, he introduced the National Social Security program, which is considered to be our nations first inroad into socialism. 5. In l938 he, FDR, for the first time in our nations history, tried to stack the Supreme Court of this nation. Even the Democrats of that time would not buy into this. Also around the this time frame, he was quoted, in part, to have stated in effect: ",,.I see nothing wrong with Communism, some of my best friends are Communists. 6. But the biggest move into socialism, was under the Presidency of Lyndon B. Eqlual Pay for all -- top to bottom

If government can set the minimum wage and now the top wage, when will it set the scale for the middle wage workers. Or better still, when will he set the maximum and minimum wages for the Unions, The entertainment field, the sports field and on and on. If we are to allow our government, to determine what is the appropriate wage for one group, for the sake of equality, they should have to set the wages, for all wage earners, including contract labor. individual contracted wages and on and on. Equality for one, equality for all! How have we the people allowed this to happen. Tariff on imported tires from China-Dumb!

It appears that, in order to appease the Unions, our goverment is about to put a Tariff (tax) on tires imported from China. This only shows the igrnarance of this administration, in running our country. If they new their History, they would know, that in 1930, the Hawley-Smooth tariff act was, in fact,what prevented this nation from coming out of the depression> This act, the Tariff act of l930, helped to prolong the Great Depression and even as the bill was introduced for signing, over 1,000 economists pleaded with President Hoover not to sign it. Against their cries, he went ahead and signed subject tariff act. In response, the nations of Europe devalued their currency, making their products cheaper on the world market. As a consequence. the European nations were outsel- ling us. Because of this act, we could not compete on the world stage, in the market place! In part, because of this act, our efforts to get us out of the depression, was prolonged making the New Deal, turn into a Raw Deal. We got out of the depression not because of any economic improvements but because of WWII. Black Racism now apparent, i.e, ACORN

In 2003, I wrote a book titled: Reparations - Fleecing American and, in subject book, I tried to point out that in a lot of our nations blacks, there is an innate hate of Whites as well as hatred for this country. Why? Because a lot of them have little personal self-esteem and for their lack of any manly abilities, they have to have someone to hold responsible for their personal limitations. It just so happens that the white man, has been chosen to be their personal bogeyman for which they can blame for their personal but limited attributes. This does not apply to all, but all too many. What is hardly ever noted or given due attention, are Blacks, segregating themselves from our non-black citizens, as a matter of choice. They have elected to call themselves African American, as opposed to Americans of African Descent. In his book, America's 30 Years War, Belint Bazonyi stated the following "...Being "African" in America amounts to an artificial Nationality. There really is no African-America. I ask, if an American went to Africa, would he be an American African?..." In short, if your born in American, your an American. In minds of Americans, we are 'proud to be so. So why have many blacks felt the need to distant themselves from their true heritage! There has to be some underlining reason, not readily apparent, but only now coming to the fore. If they are really Americans in mind and heart, why do they have such a separatism mentality? As of lately, we are seeing their hatred coming out in separatists groups such as, Acorn, NAACP. the Black CAUCUS, AND MANY, MANY MORE. Only now, when a Black man is holding the Highest Office, in this land, your would think, this fact would tend to bring us closer together. Instead, it has had a reverse and negative effect. I think Ms Dowd, would have to clarify what and whom she is talking about. Her claims that they tea party participants, in effect, where one and all RACISTS, is a sign of total ignorance! In other words, in her demonstrated ignorance, she paints everyone with a broad brush. Govt, Healthcare - a rush to medical disaster!

I have said it several tines before, and it still goes--be careful of what you wish for;or you just might get it. I have had the misfortune to have to use such a system, wile stationed in England and to make a long story short--only a damn fool would want such a system here in American. Yes, I can understand that those many freeloaders want it because it is free. But I have to ask them, when has anything you get free from the government, in the long run really improved your life style! Remember, if you want a Cadillac you have to pay the price--you can still buy a clunker anytime, because it is cheap. Remember if its cheap, you are getting what you pay for The Government, per se, earns no money--the money the confiscate, through taxing us, also makes the government dependant on us--the citizen taxpayer. IN 1999, I WROTE A SELF-PUBLISHED BOOK: United we Stand - By Diversity we Fall. In this book I predicted 90 percent of what is/will happen to this country. I am sorry to say, that I was right. In this book, I wrote exactly 12 things that would be used to destroy this nation--guess what. each of these articles, are an almost show an exact manner as to how this nation, as a Republic would be destroyed.
