Once entitlements kicked in, and schools began turning out Political Correct Students, as opposed to educating them, the end of our form government and the can-do character of its citizens, the inevitable, which is America Today, was bound to happen. Soon our citizenship will consist of a to many malcontents and illiterates, dependant on the national dole, to support their miserable lives,being born of a loathing for anything that requires pride in doing and self esteem within their personal Character. With such a class of citizenship, this nation cannot endure! That's what brought about the great mass of support for the Democratic Party-- the Party of the Present day Welfare State, in America. Now if you tell them that you are going to baby sit them, they will jump at the4 chance for a free Ride. Today you don't have to be educated--stupidity is the goal. Red, White andBlue now going Green

That's right, our new national color will be "Green" and the Statue of Liberty will be replaced by the Jolly Green Giant. Why the rush to implement a plan designed not to work. Why is Obama telling us that to get our economy back, even under his plan will--take years. Why will it take years? Because it is not a plan to stimulate the economy, and in fact it is designed to have the opposite effect! In its present format, the plan is designed to bnankrupt this country. If you look and listen closely, it is a plan that out of the trillion plus to be spent, only 12% is designated to stimulate the economy. This is like a drop in a bathtub full of water and, in effect, it will have no effect in restoring our economy, but the exact opposite. It will only continue to advance in a downward cycle. As it continues in this downward trend, govenment will be able to use our tax dollars not for improving the economny, but a means of buying up companies, our manufacturing base and enslave the productive members of our citizens to become Tax Slaves, in a Socialist Government. Why are they doing this. Because the could not get away with Nationalizing our economy, so they are in the process of destroying it. As even the most ignorants, by now, should understand the principal of haste makes waste. Obama is trouble in a full speed ahead mode--pushing his economy boondoggle, before America wakes up to his true motive. To me, he is just to dam quck in pushing our congress to adopt his plan. Funny when Bush was protecting the Nation, they did not want to help but, instead hinder him in anyway they could. Now the Democrats are telling us that we should give Obama a chance. What the hell has happened to our morale values, in this once great nation? Nancy Pelosie now, in effect, wants to use a great deal of the intended stimuouis package to provide free, more birth control pills. Her Reasoning is: The less citzens we have, the less we have to support--never mind that their are millions of American citizens that will not buy into this type of forced birth control. Let's see, at the present, they have two opitionS: Abortion mills or Basterdizing. Has American values really sunk this low! Is blackmailing the Republicans to Either provide more money--in a stimulous package--or we will increase the numbers we kill; or let them be born into a single parent family. Is big government now asking for the right to control what we do in our bedrooms, such as, use the pill for birth control orelse the killing fields of the Democratic Party. Is Obama to become our first 007 President? Is the right to kill the unborn now going to be a tool to kill the unborn, unless we approve the stimulous package as dictated by the Democrats. Whatever happen to the Presidents oath to perserve and protect? Is the Birth Control his form of protection. Has the Democdratic Party now become the party for baby killers. If you fail to prevent yourself from getting pregnent--will the government therefore, have the right to kill your unborn child. Seems like China has some sort of policy limiting one child per family. Recently a man wrote a letter to Newsweek, stating in effect, that George W. Bushe has ruined our Nations reputation around the world. My question what, after the Clintons administrtion, was left to defend. These ignorants who have no knowledge of the history of Our Country, as well, World History, when it comes to answereing relative historical questions. Washinton, in his farewll address to the Nation, in part and on this subject, he advised the nartion: "...to pursue a policy of Neutrality, have as little as possible connection with foreign nations and stay clear of permanent alliance with any portion of the foreign world..." Today we have the Democractic socialist, liberals and now progressive party, since most of this nation have already turned to socialism,calling for closer ties with foreign nation, to advance their socialistic agenda. And what do we have, the Ignoranants now in the majority of our nations citizsenship, regurgitating this political nonsence. This is tantamount to a bunch of stupid people, particular the liberl media, giving the ignorants of this nation, their marching orders. I would like to have anyone in the liberal media or of this particular persusion, to tell me at what time in our history, when we faced a national catastrophe, come to our aid. I,for one can only think of a few out of l90 seperate nations of the world that have given even/only token assistance. On the other hand this Nation--The UNITED STATES--HAS BEEN THE BREAD BASKET TO THE WORLD, AND THE ARSENAL OF DEMOCRCY. Our nation, by itself, has made the greatest amount of charitable contributions to the World, at large. Torture - Why only now ?

Torture has been around since the beginning of time and to this day. Why, only now or should I say in the last eight years, has it been brought to OUR attention, that we used torture as a method of persuasion to obtain information from captured enemies to ascertain such things as the possibility of future attacks on our people. We have been doing so since the founding of our country. Not only us, but nations throughout world history, have done the same and in greather means of torture, we have ever used, witness: The Marquis de Sade, The torture chambers in the Tower of London and in our Civil War at Andersonville. We need only look to McCain, the Vietnam war, and the "Hanoi Hilton." HISTORY IS REPLETE WITH STORIES WHEREIN TORTURE WAS USED. AND WHAT IS TORTURE--A CRUEL MEANS OF PERSUASION. It seems strange to me, that I have lived through Wold War II and served in the Korean War and the Vietnam war--still I cannot recall any major political campaign, crying out for the abolishment of Torture in those Wars! LET ALONE IN HISTORY. Why now? Because the Liberal Media drummed up the use of torture,in G. W. Bush's War to bring disfavor to him and the conduct of the Iraq War! The li8berals and the liberal politicians only brought this matter up to defame Bush in any manner they could. Go back to when Clinton was in office or even further back to LBJ and the Vietnam War, or even further back to HST and the Korean war and of course to WW II under FDR and on this matter--TORTURE--the press, our people, our politicians were almost totally silent on this Matter. The didn't give a dam about it then and they are only using it as a tool to degrade the present war and GWB. IF YOU DOUBT CHECK OUR NATIONS HISTORY AND THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD--look it up. How about Hitler, did he allow the use of Torture--of course he did. About the Nation of Japan, in World WW II, the Bataan Death March--was this not torture. Nation has history of financial downtimes.

As a Nation, we have a long history of financial depressions or economic cont rations For example in 1818-1819, l826-1827, 1856-1857, l872-1873,l884-1885, 1892-1893, 1920-1921 and of course the Great Depression l929-ending with the start of WW II. In addition we had years of financial Panics, such as: l819, 1837, and 1857. Also Severe business cycles in the late l810s, 1830, and l850. None of these 'Financial situations' were resolved by the intervention of the national Government. And with the 1929 Depression, this is the historical framework Hoover was depending on to get out of it. Historical evidence shows, that by 1930, that it, the economy was making, showing signs of improvement. It was, in this year, that the Hawley-Smooth tariff act was signed into law, despite warnings of most economist, against this bill. HOOVERS BIG MISTAKE WAS NOT HEEDING THE WARNINGS OF THE ECONOMISTS. The Nations of Europe saw the opportunity to take this advantage to devalue their currency, thereby making there products cheaper and by so doing, got themselves out of the depression. A nation, once again at risk

With the scripting of a pen Obama, eliminated many, if not all, safeguards to defend this nation. In short he now opened the doors to our nations enemies, to walk through undetected or impeded to attack our country,with little or no risk in doing so. This is about the dumbest thing he could have done. This was done, in great part, supposedly to protect our citizens from being monitored or listened to over the phone or what have you. Yes, he is in effect saying--the enemy has the right to kill our cities, with impunity, we don't want our protective agents to listen into our phone conversations. This was done, in haste and for no good reason, in fact, for its implementation. To my knowledge, not one of our citizens has every filed a complaint that his/hers rights were being violated in this manner. During World war II, the President of the United States implemented various policies and programs much more stringent and restrictive. He did so for the same reasons as G.W. Bush had done. No one complained than, and only now, for political expedience, is it being done now. Never in our nations history has such ignorance been displayed. I know this is going to come as a shock to President Obama--but the enemies of this Nation are now "chopping at the bit" to, freely, and with impunity attack our country, our citizens. Ignorance in this matter is inexcusable. Our Constitution charges the President with protecting us from harm from our enemies both foreign and domestic--but you, in ignorance, have limited his (your) weapons for doing so. He is now, for better or worse, our Nations President and Leader, and he should and must be respected as such. What we know about him is that he is half black and half white and perhaps, one could say, in a manner symbolic of our Nation at the time of the Civil War. Now the healing period is over and we should truly Unite as One people, one Nation UNDER GOD! THIS MAY NOT BE THE PROPER TIME, BUT IT IS PROPER AT THIS TIME TO SAY IT: American never has been or ever was a slave Nation/Slave State--yet we have allowed ourselves to be so painted. In this matter, and since the birth of our nation in l776, there has always been a nation divided in this respect. Witness the fact in l808, the congress prohibited the further importation of slaves into this country, there was from the beginning a strong Abolitionist mo vent, calling for the abolishing of slavery Also there was the John Browns of this Nation and, as well, the freedom trains. Also we must never forget, we were, as a Nation one of the first to rid ourselves from this scare on our nations character and Never Forget that we paid the highest price in the loss of life and treasure, in so doing.At the time of the Civil War 1861-1865, in this time, we were truly a divide nation. But we were almost equally divided, as well: In a nation of 26 states, at this time, we were 13 Free States and l3 Slave States divided by the Mason Dixon line--the Ohio River, separating us, north from south. Had we been all slave states, one would now have to ask--who fought the Civil War? To maintain these divisions we felt so strong about it, that to keep our nation equally divided we had the Missouri Compromise, in essence, allowing a free state to come into statehood, only on the entrance of a slave state. Yes, on the Subject ot slavery, we were, under President Lincoln, truly a divided NATION. However, after the war, by the blacks, down to the present, whites are always lumped into one. In their minds and to this day, the Whites of our country and in total are held out as if they were all former slave owners--neglecting the fact that this is not even a half truth. We had what was called Freed BLACKS IN THE NORTH, that were freed by Slave Holders. History shows that after the Civil War, starting in the year l873, the industrial Revolution began. What made this possible was Oil, Steel and Trains. These were and still are tangible products and a positive means of transporting them to anywhere in the country. These products, in one way or another are still essential to our nations manufacturing base and what will keep us in a competitive mode, st home and aboard for the foreseeable future.Today, the cry is to turn to clean and new energy systems, i.e., Solar and Wind energy. As well Bio Energy. Now I must ask, what is new about any of this? And the answer is Nothing! The Sun has been providing us SOLAR ENERGY, Sail boats/ships have been around since the beginning of mankind and one could go on and on. Once again we are having a bunch of Hot Air blowing in the wind. Yes, they are even resorting to blaming the Cow's for "PASSING GAS" and causing Global Warming. Are we still looking backward for a Utopian solution

Looking back in our past history, what is going on today, in our world of Politics, is nothing new.  Socialism has been on the march in this country, as well as around the world for the past two centuries and is only on the rise in this century. This although Socialism, has a record of failure, whenever and wherever it has been tried.  What we will be witnessing in the Obama administration will only be an intensified effort to reach the goals of socialistic minded citizens and theirch oosen political leaders. Nothing more, nothing less.In this frame of Obamas political goals, I am unwilling to wish him well.  I am opposed to anything that would damage our nation and degrade our liberties and the freedoms we now have, only to appease those that would CHANGE OUR NATION, from democratic rule with all its freedoms encompassed therein, for a SOCIALISTIC STATE. Obama's Radical Proposal - A "PP" Plan

The more we see and hear from the soon to be New President's Administration, the more it look like it will be a return to the past--not the Present!  His proposals for economic recovery sounds a lot like a plan to reward the unproductive at the expense of the Tax Paying Citizens. In a time of national crises, why is his plan, at the expense of  those that pay taxes, now being asked to reward that part of our  citizens who have been, for too long now, not paying any income tax. When it comes to equality and  fair share, why are so many getting a free ride?  The Answer--rewarding them for their votes,  Nothing more nothing less!  This is no time for just another political ploy/gambit. I see this plam, Obama's, as a PP headed Plan, looking to the "PAST" TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THE "PRESENT". The current Proposal sounds much like a plan out of the past, during the l930's in the Great Depression years. Instead of Change, we are just getting a rehash of the Radicalism of the Past: In l931, Huey P. Long, also known as the "Kingfish" ruled Louisiana with the "absolution of an oriental monarch..."  In l935 Long's National "Share Our Wealth "movememnt had a membership of over 4.6 million.  His program called for the confiscation of family fortunes of more the $5 million and a tax of 100 percent on incomes over $1 million a year.  The money thus collected would be enough to buy every  family a "Homestead" (including a car and other necessities aa a house and provide an annuel income of $2,000 to 3,000 (and more)."There are other "Crazy Ideas" from the past that  could be mentioned - but I think you get the message.  We are not getting, from the Obama camp, what he promised, that is CHANGE!  So far we are being faced with what looks like RADICALISM FROM THE PAST!!  The Problems can be resolved with letting the markets work--Laissez-Faire, and cutting taxes.  This Chicago "Bull Crap" is nothing but political inapptitude and party payoff. No comparison between l929 and 2009

In igrnorance, we often hear it being said that todays National financial Calamintyis tantamount to the Great Depression. This is  tantamont to saying a King is as financially bankrupt as a Serf. In comparison with the livestyle, within thesetwo time frames we, as a people, are Kings.  To attmpt to draw an equivalancy, between the two, is impossible.  Our situation of today is so remote from what happened during the years of the l929 Depression, that there can be comparisom.The closet that you can coome in making any comparison, is during the JimmyCarter presidency, with interest rates blooning to 21.9 percent, inflation atl3 percent and unemployment at 9 percent.Comparing the two--the depression with today--is silly.  There can be no comparison!For Example: "During the spring of 1932, as the economy sounded the depths, thousandsof Americans were facing (across the nation) starvation. Progressives - Back to the Present

Progressivism had, in America, it's "HAY DAY'S" in the early part of the twentieth century, particulary during the years 1900-19014. Much like today, socialism was/is the precurser to Progressivism. Also, like today, the Democrats will, whenever a word or term comes into disfavor, give the same movement, goal, or abition a different name in order to, I guess, dupe the public at large. But make no mistake, the goals have remained the same: The goals of progressivism, like sociaism, has for over the past hundred and some years, remained the same. Their goal being to increase and extend government power into fields where it had previously exerted little or no influence. In his book Basic American Government, by Clarence B. Carson he writes, in part: "...Progreessivism, as a Political Ideology, fused together three powerful ideas. (First) It carried with it the blief that progress could be consiously by the use of government power. Thus it linked together the idea of progress with government instituted reforms. Second, it linked democracy--popular government... with equality...the power of government under democratic control to make people equal. Third, these ideas were linked to government to nationalism and to the expansion of the role of central government. Socialist/Progressivism are, in fact, the same. In short, they are just using another deceptive term, used to decieve the uneducated and uninformed, now prevelent throughout our citizenship. Today, Obama was elected because he promised CHANGE! Nut's, he is a progressive socialist and he intends to continue traveling the same road that the Democrats started down in the latter part of the nineteenth century and is soon to be under the leadership of Obama, to make progress in order to achieve the intended and true objective of the Socialist Democratic Party, now trying to travel, incognito, as the Progressive Democractic Party. United Nations - Not fair to Israel--never has been!

The United Nations, in my humble opinion, is a waste and it is time for it to go. In l947 under the auspices of the United Nations (UN), a Special commission was formed and recommended a partition of Palestine and a resolution to the effect was passed by the General Assembly. On May 14, l948 the independent Jewish State of Israel in Palestine was established. From its beginning, Israel has been, in part, placed in what could only be called and intolerable position and so to speak, as a nation, has been under fire for many and various quarters, such as: Hezbollah, POL and Hamas. Although, The UN created the the State of Israel, and to my mind and for all practical purposes, thereafter, left it out to dry. In in many, if not all cases, when situations were brought before the UN, they have voted against Israel and in fact, so it seems, voted against Israel. The Israel, since its inception, as recognized world state/country, has been under attack and for the last 8 years has been forced to live under the frequent attacks of indiscriminate Rocket Fire from Hamas. Now, in response to these frequent attacks Israel has been left to take matters into its own hands, while the UN and most of its General Assemble only looks on and, as in the past, only finds fault with Israel. This is Crazy! By acting in this manner, a manner typical of the UN, can only find fault with the actions taken by Israel to defend its people and its sovereignty. If the UN, over all these many years, was a constructive body, this matter could have been resolved. Instead, the UN, in great measure, by it one sided view of these situation's, has proven to be a roadblock to finding a resolution to this international problem. It is time that the United Nations responds to the present situation in a bipartisan manner, or get the hell out of the way! Israel will take care of its citizens and its Territorial integrity.
