I think this bill when it is finally presented to congress should have a picture of a casket on its cover, in fact hundreds of caskets. For, if passed as now presented,it will kill more people annually then our latest flu epidemic, as long as it in effect. Pre-existing condition insurance??

How is it we do not have pre-existing insurance for cars, fires, floods, etc.? In these cases, you have to buy the insurance and carry it as long as you want to protect yourself from such occurrences. In short there is no pre=existing coverage in these cases. When one is first born, unless he/she has a medical birth defect of some sort, it is born without a pre-exsisting condition. Anything that occures after that cannot be established as a pre=existing condition. What does 'pre'--indicate? It indicates the word "before." Or prior Anything that happens after birth--can not be considered pre, before of prior to! YOU CANNOT BUY A CAR, DRIVE IT FOR YEARS, GET INTO A WRECK AND THAN BUY CAR INSURANCE, EXPECTING THE INSURANCE TO COVER YOU AFTER THE FACT. So why should HEALTH INSURANCE BE ANY DIFFERENT? Just think--if George Bush was still our President we would,today,still be at l.3 trillion in debt, instead of 9 trillion. And to think, George was considered a budget breaker. Obama, if I am correct, was about 4 years old when the Great Society program, the major socialistic program, every adopted in this country, came into play. as such he was in fact raised in the Socialistic Climate, that has produced over 60 percent of our populations as non-productive, or minimally productive, that also pay no income taxes or, if any, about 2.9 effect income tax rate. In this respect, I forgive him for he knows not what he is doing. After all he was only a child at the time this nation started to make great inroads into socialism. To confirm this, one need only take note of the fact that up until the area of socialistic entitlements, we a were a debt free nation and our schools were the best in the world, and our Post office worked. Today, this president, a man who has no concept of the greatness of this country, a man who runs around the world telling all the nations that we have helped, that we are not a great nation. This act, for all practical reasons was a near death blow to our form of government. Under the Great Society Initiative, we went from a dept free nation to a debtor one, primarily, because of the massive new Entitlment Programs, which led to our financial situation of today. With the Obama Socialistic programs, In the next few years he will bankrupt this nation, destroy our democracy and in effect,turn this nation into a Socialist Police State. Make no mistake this Clunkers scheme is just another way to reward the Democratic constituency--The failures in American Society. Ask yourself, if these people are driving clunkers, that means, they are driving them because, the cannot afford to buy a betters car!
