Today Sarah Palin, vice president candidate, on the Republican ticket, has in a vain attempt lo belittle her knowledge and leadership abilities and by two Democrats that cant tell their Jackass from a whole in the ground. To attempt to diminish her abilities they have only called attention to their ignorance in regard to what Leadership and management is all about . They dont even have minimal understating or even a little bit as to what it takes to be a leader, a manager.

Like all major happenings in life, every action is based on something, for instances, having

a core of values, is not a random thing and is dependent on certain values--you cannot have one with out the other.

To be a Leader a Manager, is not nor will ever be dependant on the number of people you need to have, to become a leader and or a manager. The two major principals are: 1. The effective utilization of men, money and materials. 2. Span of Control. In the first principal, one must organize his group, his company, his battalion and so on to obtain the results outlined in #1. And #2 above is accomplished by an organized management team. What is Span of Control: Span of Control is the management tool to overcome the absolute limitation that one can not effective: manage those things which he cannot see, feel or touch. This rule can be demonstrated in any walk of life--ask your wife to go into the bedroom and perform some action that you are completely unaware of and that also, cant see, feel or touch what she is doing. Now try to determine exactly what she did. Cannot be done Blaming one person--like the President. This is a demonstrated sign of ones ignorance or a lack of Godly Powers. The President it not a God he is a Leader. As such he is a man subjected to the principals of Management and Leadership. He is 0nly human, he cannot know all see all or dot all--if you think he, is your an Idiot personified. This is why in any organized, organization, ones ability to lead are limited. At this point to overcome this problem, you must divide you leadership capabilities into two groups Direct control/supervision or better stated you must implement a chain of command where different types of management/leadership, are up and down the Chain of command,. Why to Overcome the above mentioned challenges to leadership/organization. Leadership begins when you are fully in charge of l or more people., normal limited to 10. Ten is the established maximun number one person can directly Manage. Indirect management, is also dependant on use of established doctrine/principals, indirecct supervsion requires one or more people to provide the necessary supervision, Indirect management, is the only management, in some cases, effected by the numbers of people that require some type of supervisions, because they are in the lower exchelons of command to obtain the use of Men, Money and Materil. There is much more to being a leader/manager--and that's why they get the "Big Bucks. This is why the minimum wage is destructiive to LeadrshipPincipals. Why strain, why have pain, that would be insane--after all you are already mking the highest pay, as determined by big government, you only have to suck at the hind tit of Big Government. Work ethics have been destroyed by minimum wage as well, self esteem has been destroyed by mnimum wage. What is the to be accomplished in working harder for a value placed on you endeavors are of only minimum pay/reward. What does that do for your personal self worth, personal initiative and your eventual promotions for demonstrated abilities other than just showing up and pickup up a check. This is What the Democrats are all about--liminting your Independence. Our Constitution provides for Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. When a government sets a value on your Worth, they are setting limits on you life style. A good comparison is for anyon now on Minimum wage, WHO wants to see what his life is worth--go to a Livestock Aution.- these folks are only looking, bidding to get the life of the cow, at "a Minimjum Price. Folks don't be fooled by these Mealy mouths wanting to give you anything, all they whant to do is control you--TO MAKE YOU DEPENDANT ON BIG DADDY GOVERNMENT.. Yes, once again it is a Beautiful Day In American

Folks I am not only happey that John McCain has the grit to do what was right - He Nonminated a Women to be his Vice President. But more than that, he appointed a women with more guts and courage than Joe Biden, that other Guy - Oblama put together, She may be a Women, but in any battle, I would sure feel safer having her at my side. Yes I know little about her but what I do know is that she is a Beautiful Women, A mother that has demonstrated at least five times that she is a true believer in the right to life--can anyone ask for more. As she was speaking, I kept looking at the child that because of his condition, she could have aborted that beautiful baby--instead gave it life. Folks, I don't mean to turn this story into a political issue, but I must respond, to those fools, those who would have denied llife to that child, for no reason other than they did not want to be bothered with it. Many of the Democratic Women Speak out for their rights to perserve the right to kill the unborn. These are the same people that say they want to get our troops home because to many are losseing the arms, legs, sight and yes life. What a bunch of self serving crap--you are the very people that elect people so that you can maintain the right to abort your unborn. Well folks for the Information of these Jackasses (symbolic of the Democratic Party) for the last 40 years of so, Over 40,000.000 babies have been killed in the womb. Just this year, it was hailed by this band of trash, that the Number killed (aborted)last year had gone done from, on average,1,000.000 per year to 500,000. And this they feel is something to be hailed as a good thing. No Where, even in the most savages societies in world history, such killings, en mass, cannot be found. His famlies life story, is pitifl not for what he has lived through but for what he is attemp;ting to makek much of for political gain--he does not know what it isw li9ke to be poor, yet you would think that he is lucky just to be alive. Let me tell you just a little about my family and our life living in the years of the greath depression: I was born one of eleven children to a mother who was diagnosed as an epileptic, who lived to long having to bear an unbelieve life, a life of pain few could with stand. Our family was split up when in 1936, she was hospi8talized. 1937, we got out of the orphans hojme when my father, while visiting the hospital, found her scrubbing the floors. So Much for government control Heatlh care. Speakin that, my moother delivered all 11 of her children by a doctor, and at home. In l941, on First, mercifully died at age 35. One again our family was to be broken up never to become a family again. Yes we were a family that was but never was! At the time of her death, we were a family of 11 children, this time, the 5 youngest was sent to the Orpens, the 4 oldest were allowed to stay with our famiiluy. It was shortly after this that we could not return to school, unless my father paid the tuitions and by the books for us. Ssince my fathers check was being garnished to pay 15 dollars for each of the 5 children in the home, he could not come up with the money. He did not even have money to pay the rent, buy food or the other necesesities life. As such my oldest sister wen to live with mhy aunt. Our father and the us 3 older boys, had to move into aq small store with a cold water sink two lights and a place for a small coal stove. Our furniture consisted of two beds. After my oldest brother reached age l5 he forged his birth certificate and joined the Navy-- back than if you were willing to serve, they would let you. In the year l943, my father while working had an accident an broke several of his rips. Me and my older brother, as a result became to sole sjupport for what was left of our family. We did this by working in a bowling alley sitting pins. To makek more we both jumped two allies apice making a total of 6 dollars a night. This lasted for 2 0 3 months when we were sent to a Trainning school for boys 40 or so miles out of town. I ran away the first dayh,. got caught. Ran away a week latter to live with my dad. One day shortly after that, I awoke to find my father with a dirty wet towel rapped around his head. When I asked him what was wrong, he told me to stay under the cover, because we were being gassed. Yes finallly my father boke, but he never quite. Stood it as long as he could, but there is a braking point for every one. As result, my borhter, who came home just before this incident, were to live in Foster homes, I 6, he 4. In l947 he, my brother lnlisted in the Navy. I at l6 years of age quite school and in the end in the year l948, while working in a mill with father, I felt that their must be a better life and so I Joined the Air Force at age 17. Many of these citizens also think we stole this land from the Indians and/or that we stole the Border States, from the Mexicans--none of which is true--you cannot claim land or property without first having possession. The Indians, never seem, as a people, perhaps more or less, ten percent of American. They never settled even one percent of this great land. The Mexicans never owned the Border States--They were owned by the Spanish and as such were the Spanish Border Lands. In the Mexican-American war, we defeated the Mexicans and in the process we conquered this land. Still we also, paid Mexico, as great sum of money for this land. Today, many of the Black Race, are crying out for Reparations, because their forefathers were Brought here as slaves. Thomas Sowell a black professor put it this way, "If the bench mark of today would be used, be the standard, than one would have to conclude that the descendants of former slaves it might be concluded, would own this nation for bringing them to this land, and or in words to that effect. Today, every time this subject is brought up, the fact that our nation was never a total Slave State, if it was, then I ask, who fought the Civil War. Nowhere can I find in our nations history, that we are to become dependants of the state, that we are entitled to anything let alone government welfare. Government can provided you nothing but protection from our enemies both foreign and domestic. The Pioneers did not set out to settle this land depending on Government way stations, medical help, social security and oh hell just a free- ride. The did not ask for anything more but to roam this land and to find a decent place to settle down raise a family and by the fruits of their labor became the builders of the greatest nation. These where men of Strength and self-reliance not wimps, not whiners, not yellow belly freeloaders now running rampant throughout this nation. The were the Pioneers of this country, they were not afraid of work, they learned how to defend themselves; still many of them were never to achieve their goals dying before their time and, in many cases, to young to have died so soon. These were not the dreams of the first Americans--they didn't even come to know of such things in their lifetime--the were to busy working, building a nation. However, the did know that Freedom did not come cheap, yes, they wanted the blessings of life, not given but provide by the sweat of their brow and not the dependence on a Big Brother Government who will tax the productive citizens earnings, to give/provide the unproductive the fruit of another mans labor. Hell Teddy can't even recall that his Bother Robert Kennedy said: Ask not what you country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. He could not even remember that it was Franklin D. Folks, if I didn't live long enough to know the truth about my Country - the Greatest and Most Generous Country on the Face of this Planet, I would be inclined to fall for Joe Bidens self, serving Description of American. But I was lucky I was born during the Great Depression of l929, one of 11 children. My Father was a Democrat but he did not, at the time, conform to a party dictum, that allowed a parent to kill his unborn. I am grateful that the Democrats of today, where not the Democrats of yester -years. . I was proud of my father, who I dearly love, who did not over ten years of poverty, never gave up on his family, never deserted us, never blamed the President for the situation our nation we forced to bear--not because we couldn't 't blame the president, we were smart enough, to know no that no one man could cause a world calamity, neither Hoover nor Roosevelt. Instead, we learned to love our president for what he was trying to do for country. Yes folks, back than, even before Kennedy, we loved our country not for what it could do for us but for what it was - a beakon of hope throughout the word. I can still remember the day my mother had to go to a special hospital, at that time, miles away, and me and my bothers and sisters had to go to an Orphans home. I can remember my fathers, yes through rain sleet and snow, he would walk the 4 miles to the home, almost every Sunday--he never left us--he went through hell to get to visit with us, he scratched up five bags of goodies, each weekend, even though he was working for the WPA for 30 cents an hour--ye he did all this without food stamps. My father never deserted us not for one day, let alone after only two years. I can remember the day we were told that we were going home. It seems my Father when having to Traval many mile, without a car, arrived at the hospital, only to find my mother scrubing the hospitals floors. She was there for care - but they didn't care she was just a body, a potential scrub-women. And guess what, whee we all came home our mother was there, but she was to sick to provides us a mothers Care. It was a Black Women that finally arrived at our house, to care for us--she became, for to short of a time Our Mother. She was, to our family, one of the greatest gifts of our lives. And guess what--she a black women could find work in the mist of the depression--sounds strange in today's world. I remember in the year l941, when my mother died and once again our family was to be broken up. The youngest five to be sent to the Orphans Home, the oldest to live with our father. Yes, I can remember when the priest came to our house and told my father that I and my sister and two brothers could no longer attend school, unless my dad paid the school tuition--money he did not have to give because his check was being garnished to pay for the care of the children in the Orphans home. I can remember moving into a old store, which we were to call home, until our families final breakup. Yes, on the job my father had an accident, broke several ribs and could not work. As a result, at age thirteen and Fourteen, my Bother Ed and I the last to be living with our father had to go to work. For four months we worked at a bolling Alley from 5 to 12, jumping two Alleys each to earn 6 dollars a day, which we gave to our dad. Yes my brother and worked just to make a living. Funny thing though, we were too tired to go to school and as such, we were sent to a training school for boys, because we were playing hookey to support us. Yes, we were willing to work, we did work and for that we got punished. Sounds strange today when so many of our citizens are, in effect paid not to work. But I fooled them, I ran away the first day I got there--at the Training School. Ran away, again, the following weekend, and for awhile, I and my Father lived in that store front as, I guess Family. However, one night I awoke to find my father with a wet towel rapped around his face thinkine he was being gased--yes he finally broke, the system got him, he had a nervous breakdown. After that, my brother Ed who came home just before our fathers nervous breakdown, and just in time to be sent to various foster homes, I for six and Ed for 3 different homes. Just before I enlisted in the Air force, my father and I was working togather in a Rubber Mill. My American was the America of the Greatest Generation--funny we white people, I guess you can say, were not always born rich. But my country was a country that gave us a hand up not a hand out. In short we were given the opportunity to become citizens in the Best Country in the WORLD. And Guess what, now we have Two dam fools saying we got to Change It. How Many Home does a "Slum Lord" have?

I wonder if Obama every asked his Good Friend Rezko, this question. Probably not? If he had asked such questions, today, he would still be living perhaps, ina Slum home as opposed to a Million Dollar Mansion. One thing about McCain, he does not have to count his homes to assure himself that he is not a Slum Lord. I will make a bet with Obama, that his Convicted Felony friend, can tell him exactly home many homes he owns. As a slum lord, he in inclined to pay attention to such matters. McCain was too busy devoting his life to the service of his Country. Folks, I was born in the City of Joliet, Illinois which is just outside of Chicago. My town is well know for its Prison that is located there. Prisons, to Joliet is somewhat like banks are to crooks. Ask a crook why he robs banks and he will tell you that's where the money is. Ask the State Prison Supt.of Illinois why the prison is built so close to Chicago and the answer4r will be, because that's where the Crooks Are. One thing about Obama, he could find a great many crooks, but he could not find the time to Vote, in the as a legislature. A job he was elected to and paid for, by the tax payers but he, for the most part, couldn't find time to vote. However is used to riping off the tax pyers--wherever he finds them. Today, Chicago is a city where it is now best known, for the White Flight out of the city, now dominated by political hacks, slum lords and so on. I can't find fault with Obama about McCain not being able to Recall how many houses he owns. After all his association with a "Slum Lord" for all those many years, it has probably become second nature to him. Now if he will finally figure out how many states their are in the United States, he could improve on his ability to count . You don't think he might want to count the electoral votes in those extra seven states, in the event he looses the election? Now he is about to select a well know plagiarist to be his Vice President--not a bad choice. By doing this he can get two for one, a Veep and A Speech Writer. Today , the Socialist Democratic Party (SDA) is now calling the Social Security Initiatives, a TAX. The sole purpose for doing this to be able to say that those citizens who now pay no Federal Income Taxes, are paying payroll taxes. This is nothing but POLITICAL ''buffoonery." Yes, the SDA is willing to make a mockery of these federal entitlement programs, for political expedience--nothing more, nothing less. For years now, the SDA, has been buying the votes of those people amongst us willing to sell their souls to the Company store! In the year, 1934, Franklin Roosevelt told congress "I am looking for a sound means which I can recommend to provide at once security against several of the great disturbing factors. In 1935, by launching the Social Security Act of 1935. In his mind, this act was his answer to the problem he posed in l934--in short, it was his instrument for achieving his stated goal to congress. But it did not stop their: "...The 1935 act a was a complex Piece of Legislation: Title I provided federal grants to pay half the cost of assistance. Titles II and VIII inundated an Old Age Insurance and Titles: III and IX provided for unemployment compensation. All in all there was X (10) Entitlements. As, such, this act launched our nation into becoming a Welfare State. NOT ONE OF THESE ENTITLEMENTS CAN BE FOUND IN OUR NATIONS CONSTITUTION! Johnston launched his Great Society Imitative, putting in place what can only be described as the death of individual initiatives and self-reliance to a nation of dependency. This is why, today, you hear the Democrats attacking our Capitalistic society (or whats left of it). Socialism in a Capitalist World, is like a fish out of water--it cannot exist in such a climate--it needs a dependency class to exists. This is their national goal. Judgment vs Expierance.

Because Obama has no record of accomplishment and as such, he has, when making judgement calls, he has a limited frame of reference. In short he is like a fish out of water. To make good and sound judgement calls, you have to have a degree of experience. In our nation today, you will hear many saying that they want to protect free speech but do not want to defend their rights to free speech. As "Teddy" Roosevelt once said: "A man not willing to fight for his country deserves no right to hold the High Office of the Presidency" and/or in words to that effect. Obama is a free speech advocate - not a defender of such rights. He is not a man of action but one of little action. He is difficult to judge because he has done so little worthy of note. He is a man who, in a manner of speaking, wants to be king, not on the basis of action but as an entitlement. Why is this--well for one thing, he comes from the party of ENTITLEMENTS. Yes He is one who thinks he has, by purpose of his being, to automatically be elected not for his actions but for his existence. He truly exemplifies his Audacity and Arrogance. In his recent visit to Saddleback, he proved, that his mind was no match to the mind of Experience. He can equivocate but cannot the advocate for his positions. McCain made him look silly and above all, like a man not ready for prime-time in the world of demonstrated leadership experience.

Guilt - Born of Ignorance!

The Citizens of the United States, because of their ignorance of America and in Particularly the History of the Nation of Africa, have allowed themselves to be duped in regards to slavery relative to the truth of this International Tragedy. Yes Black Slavery, was on the world market long before this country was even founded. We the Citizens of this country, have been, so it seems the only ones being held accountable, for something we as a Nation were, regrading the Black Slave Trade, the last ones in and the first ones out. Because of the Civil War we as a nation paid the highest cost of any nation of the face of this Planet, to bring slavery to an end not only in our country but in countries all all over the globe. Still in our ignorance, we have allowed our citizens over the past century and more to be held accountable for all the dastardly deeds slavery entails. Remember The word 'trade' implies that, like in all trade, has a buyer and a seller. If the truth, be known the United States involvement in the slave trade, within our nations shores, was perhaps, COVERED THE SHORTIES SPAN OF TIME. For example: We did not exist as a Country until the year 1776 and by 1808 the importation of Slaves was forbidden. Also, from the very beginning of slavery in this land, it was never repeat never accepted in total by the Citizens of this Nation. In the years preceding the Civil War, we had the freedom/Abolitionist movement, in which many slaves were helped to break the bonds of slavery. Again, we were never a Slave Country in total. In fact we were divided by Free States and Slaves States. At the time just just prior to the War, our nations total population was 26,000.000 citizens, 13,000.000 million in the free states and 13,000.000 in the slave states. This division was noted by the Mason Dixon line which served as the marker dividing the free states from the slave states. Yet, even today, we are not given credit in history for being first to rid ourselves from slavery. Even today all whites in this country are still held out as though the were the founders and a major participant in Black Slavery. Not true now and, never has been true. We, as a people have always been divided on this issue. If you doubt this--Please explain to me and my fellow citizens--if we were all for slavery--the whites of this countr-who the hell fought the War? It should be noted, that in this war, The Civil War of l861-65, we lost more men (boys) than in all our other Wars Combined. No Nation, be it white or Black can make this claim. Still this fact this tragedy of war has never been duly noted by the Blacks, appreciated by the blacks or to date, acknowledged by the Ancestor's of this nations Former Slaves. Today, there is and has not been for over a 100 years, any citizens of this country that had anything to do with slavery nor were they ever enslaved, in total, by the consent of all the whites of this country. Still, we have allowed ourselves, due to ignorance, to be cast in the same mold, as former slave owners. Crazy! HISTORICAL FACTS OF SLAVERY: 1. Slavery Began in prehistoric times and has been practised ever since, in one fashion or another in all lands and on all races, creeds and colors. Slavery was not exclusive to the blacks of this World--NEVER HAS BEEN. 2. In 3500 B.C. the Sumerians of Mesopotamia, now Iraq, were enslaved. Note: Mesopotamia, to this date is considered the Cradle of Civilization--as such, we can can rightly say that since the dawn of civilization, slavery has existed, 3. Slavery, has existed in the Nations of both North and South Africa throughout ancient times. Also Assyria, Babylon, Persia and as well in Ancient China. It is a fact, that in these nations, Slavery still exists. Still our citizens, seems to be taking the full blame for these dastardly historical accounting's. Why--For the Blacks to gain racial preferences and play the suffrage--Por Me Race Card. Forgetting that the Slave Coasts are on the Shores of African - not the United States. Also for its time, The Nations of Africa could be considered the Wal-Mart of and for the Wold Wide Slave Trade. BLAMING only the Whites or solely on the whites of this nation is wrong. Frankly, Thia has got to stop. It takes two to make a trade.
