Eric Holder, perhaps the biggest crook/shyster every to hold the office of attorney general of this Nation. As such, being a gangster travelling in incognito, he needs to protect himself and his robber baron friends, by disarming the honest law abiding citizens upon which his group will continue to, through political skulduggery, rob the productive members of our citizens to feed the loafers and freeloaders of this nation. To help counter his claim that the constitution does not give our citizens the right to bear arms, we must first look to the Articles of Confideration, which in fact, served our country well, until such time as it was replaced by the ratification of nations constitution. Articles of the Confederation Article III The said States severely enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties and their mutual and general we welfare, binding themselves to assist each other against all force offered to, or attack upon them... Article V ...every State shall always a well regulated militia and disciplined militia, sufficiently armed and accoutered, and shall provide and constantly have for use in public stores a due number of field pices and tents and a proper quantity of arms, ammunition and camp equipage... Our constitution, recognized the need for the above, but with the 2nd Amendment it shifted the Burden of providing the arms from the State to the Citzens, i.e., ...the right to bear arms shall not be infringed upon." In short we the citizens are constitutional bound to bear arms in order to provide a well regulated militia... sufficiently armed. I take from the above that we not only have a right to bear arms but in fact, we are obligated to do so. We the citizens, are the nation--government is our servants not our rulers. When it abuses their power, it is "we the People" that must act to restore order, by restraining governments actions determinate to the good of the Nation and its people. We are not a Kingdom, we are a Republic--ruled by the people. Obama must be made aware of this fact, before he destroys this country.
