Classified or Unclassified all Information is Perishable

Folks information, is speech, and it holds a strong place in government dealings, as well as indivigual speech. However, the nature of the speech is always relative towhat actions are required, as well as to the manner and time frame it is to be acted on. For 19 years, out of my 21 years, in the military, I held a Top Secret Clearance, and in a certain category, I hald what was called a Tops Secret Class Q The period of time I held these Clearances are long gone and perhaps, the procedures art not even realative to todays, world. But the purpose of this classification, whatever they may be, never lose there relativity, as to what they are applied to. Information is perisable, and in many, many cases, time in classifying this information and get it out--on a need to know--basis, is always paramount. I say this, becaus of the manner in which the Xmas Bomber, was handled and interogatedd is of prime importeance. Delay in obtaining any material relative to the action or crime is deterimental to obtaining a full accounting, needed for appropriate action and or counter action-- if it is called for. Tis is calledd intelligence. Obtaining such intelligence, no matter what the Obama administration or any others may say, it cannot be denied. It is for this reason, that when gathering inteligence it is of necessity that the proper people trained in obtaining subject information--are assigned to do the job. The person that attempted to destroy that Airplan and Kill those people, was in fact, a man trainned to do so. HE WAS TRAINNED BY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DESTROY THIS COUNTRY, AND THERE IS NO IF WHEN OR BUTS, THE MAN THEY TRAINNED BECAME TERRIORIST ON A MISSION. THE FACT THAT HIS MISSION WAS WAS NOT ACCOMPLISHED IS AN ALERT AND BRAVE CITIZENSSHIP, THAT TOOK PREVENTATIVE ACTION AND SUBDUED THE POTINTIAL KILLER. IT WAS OUR GOVERNMENT, THAT IS SWORN TO PROTECT AND DEFEND US FAILED US. INTEAD, THEY ACTED AS IF THIS WAS NO BIG DEAL, AND OF COURSE, HE THE BOBMER, DESERVED FULL PROTECTION UNDER OUR LAWS. It seems stragnge to me that the very government that failed to protect us--has determineted that the potiential purpetriter of the possible crime, is getting his full due of protection. Nut! Ths failure to act in defense of our citizens is, by itself, inexcuasable and to compoud this blunder, they took inapproprite action, necessary to proect this nation in the future. In the military such a display of incomptance, would put a person on the road to a Military Court Marital. Instead, we have this man, at taxpayers expense, lawyered up and ready to fight until the last drop of our tax payers ollars are expended in an effort to free him and in turn, put this bastard back on the streets, to once again try to kill us.http://themessengerpage.blogspot.com The Messenger.
