Congress is out of wack and a national hack!

Folks our Congressional spending is totally our of control. Why is this. The main reason is that we no longer have a congress that will pass clean bills. What we have is congress submits a bill that because, it is a good bill, and has a good chance to go through, they do what I call "piling on or compounding the problem,"attaching bills that cannot stand alone, because they can't get them passed on their own merits, they are attached to a goof bill. Yes they call they Republicans the party of no, And thank God for that. It is the party of no that has finally woke up to the fact that government waste and abusive is running this country into Bankruptcy. ONE OF THE REASON SPENDING GOT OUT OF CONTROL IN THE BUSH ADMINISTRATIVE, AND ALSO NOW, IS FOR THIS VERY REASON--BAD B ILLS WERE ATTACHED TO DEFENSE BILLS KNOWING THAT THESE BILLS WERE BOUND TO PASS BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO DENY OUR MILITARY THE NECESSITIES TO WAGE WAR. HE SOLUTIONS TO THIS PROBLEM IS SIMPLE: PASS A LAW FORBIDDING SUCH ACTIONS AS ATTACHING BAD BILLS TO GO ONES. THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE-- MAKE EACH AND EVERY BILL THAT PASSES, MUST HAVE BEEN PASSED WITHOUT OTHER BILLS BEING ATTACHED TO THE. WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN IS MONEY IS WASTEFULLY SPENT ON THIS COMPOUNDING OF BILLS, ON TO ANOTHER. EACH BILL MUST AND SHOULD ONLY BE PASSED AS A SINGLE BILL--NO ADDING OF TRASH BILLS--NO TRASH SAVES CASH. THE REPUBLICANS SHOULD SPONSOR THIS BILL AND ALSO WEAR THE PARTY OF 'NO' AS THEIR MOTTO-TO STOP BAD AND WASTEFUL GOVERNMENT SPENDING IN ALL WAYS AND FORMS. THE MESSENGER - CMSGT JAMES J.
