Militarry votes once again being delayed.

Folks, this has got to stop. Its not like these States don't know when it is election time. Not to send out ballots to the military in a timely Manner is nothing but gross negligence of plain stupidity. This has to be dealt with in a firm and positive mummer. There can be no excuses. If a military performed his duties in such a negligent way, he would have to pay in some form of punishment. I Say this should apply for all states. If they can't get the job done, properly! They should have to delay all voting within that/those states that are so lacking the simple ability to do their jobs in a timely manner. You can bet you bottom dollar, if this was a freebie coming to them, they would be standing/sleeping in the lines days ahead of the happening. We cannot and should not live in a country, that allows our military to be, so frequently denied their voting rights through negligence.One of the very fundamental rights they have--is the right to vote. IF THEIR BALLOTS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, ALL VOTING IN THAT PARTICULAR STATE SHOULD BE DELAYED UNTIL ALL PEOPLE HAVE RECEIVED THEIR BALLOTS. NO IF WHEN OR BUTTS.
