Perverting our nations laws, laws that are

contrary to our Declaration of Independence; DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE IN CONGRESS JULY 4, 1776 When in the course of Human events...and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and Nature's God entitles them a descent respect, to the opinions of the laws... We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they Ase endowed by their Creator with certain unlikable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the people to alter or abolish... Folks folks, as i read it, since our Government is composed of three separate but equal branches: the Judicial, the Excutive and the congressional, the coursent may have the right to adudicate the law, but they do not have the right to change it without the consent of the people Again it is my humble opinion, that our nations laws can only be changed with the consent of the poeople, acting through the peopls representatives--the congress. In short congress must conform and apply the lawso of this land, with the consent of the people. Further, a decision of a single Judge, in a lower court of the land, cannot make a decision, contrary to the consent of the People in an attempt to impose on the people, a law, contrarty to the Laws of Nature and Natures God. Folks the poeople of California, through our national electins processes, voted to Bam marriages between man and man - women and women" If we are to be govern on the basis of equality, equality must be according to nature and natues God. Nauture--is another word for saying natural and if so, two men, or two women, cannot compete in the creative process the same as a man and a women can. Male ande Female is Gods design for the propogation of the humen race. Man and man, can have sex in a devient manner, as well as women and women--what they cannot do, combined in this way, is reproduce our race--as such they are, in this matter--not even close to being equal! EQUALITY UNDER THE LAW-FINE. DEVIANCE IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN TALKING EQUALITY. LAWS ARE NOT DESIGNED/OR MADE TO APPEASE THE APPETITIES OR DEVIANCIES OF ANYONE OR PEOPLE. The Messenger. James J.
