Biggest enemey of the Blaks is the Blacks

The blacks will show a stagnate rate of growth for the blacks, leaving them at l2 percent in the year 2054 while the Mexicans population will have grown to 25 percent or at l3 percent growth rate over the blacks. Additionally the blacks have out of every child born in the black race, 8 of them are born out of wedlock.However, the good news for the blacks, is the mexican personers will equal or surpass the blacks rate.
