Budget Reconciliation Process.

The budget Reconciliation prorcess was created in 1974 as a Budget Resolotion which encomposed legislative bill from 13 legistlative brances in a response savings to savings instructions mandfated by (entitltlemens) of Revenue prgrams. First used in l980, to date, it has been used 19 time, mostley by the Republicans an attempts to save money in proposed legisltative bills. To use thiws bill in another manner, would be a direct affront to the people of this Nation, to dircumvent the legislative process, by the Democratic Party. To use this program in an atee=mpt to get the Health care bill pass by a 51 majority vote, is in a manner that should be an insult to the people of this nation. It is a bill designed to save money, not bankrupt the country, as the passage of the health care bill, in its present form, would! It has been rejected by the citizens of this great nation.
