Folks the highest drops out rates in our shcools comes from two races of people the blacksa and the Mexicans. For exaple--they think they inveneted windmills for power--wrong, these were invented thousands of years age. they think they inveneted using wind power - such as, sails, hav/has been used for thousands of years. Yes they did, for all practicall purposed inventent hot air, every time they open their mouths, thats what you get a lot o-- hot air! Only today that, finally, Obama has come to realized that the way to get additional poweer, is to use our nations natural resources--coal, gas, oild and so on. Their is a old saying that to get the attention of a jackas, you have to hit them with 2/4 board. I gues some one has finally hit this dumb ass in the head to wake him up and get his attention.
